No doubt this post will also be marked as “solved” by an unhelpful moderator. Just upgraded firmware on my Charge 4 and it is now useless, wont hold a charge for more than an hour.  Do not buy Fitbit products, they are literally useless by design.  

 

PS to the moderator: spare me the “welcome to the community forums”.  Instead, request fitbit to allow rollback to previous firmware.  There is nothing wrong with my device, the problem is the company and their bogus firmware updates.

No, they just tried to get me to spend more money with the scam of a company they are running. I learn from my mistakes… wont buy from them again.
