Charge 4 battery dying within an hour

Has anyone experience their charge 4 battery dying within a hour of wearing it? It’s not on auto sync, and I have most of the features off. Any thoughts?

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've exhausted all the troubleshooting steps in this article to improve battery life in general.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested in this help article.

I have performed every single trouble shooting method as  recommended by Fitbit with negative results. The watch won’t hold a charge for more than 20 minutes. I believe I’m done with it.

I have experienced the exact same thing and so have hundreds if not thousands of Fitbit users since the last firmware update. Fitbit/Google is not taking any responsibility and is only offering a 35% discount on a new device purchase. EXTORTION.
