Hello!

My Charge 4 battery died while out with friends and I haven't been able to charge it back to life since 😭

It's been on the charger for over 24 hours. I've cleaned the prongs and the ports. I've reset it to where I see the smiley face, it vibrates, and the "update line" starts. After it gets about 1/4 of the way the whole screen goes dark and I only get vibration if I hold the button while it "charges."

Any other brilliant ideas before I contact the company??
