Charge 4 battery is draining in less than a day

I’ve saw several posts between Saturday and yesterday about odd battery draining. If multiple people are having the exact same issue at the same time this is a FitBit problem. Please fix this!

Please take into consideration that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used such as GPS tracking or Spotify control.

That being said, I'd suggest you to fully charge your tracker using the charging cable that came in the box and try the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life and monitor its battery life in the next days.

I’m having this exact problem! I went to bed with 53% woke up dead and all my data gone. It’s supposed to last a week and I got 2 days.
