Charge 4 battery level is incorrect on iPhone App

My Charge 5 as well as my Charge 4 both are not matching battery charge when synced with Fitbit app on iPhone 11. My Charge 5 was only a week old; I synced the Fitbit with iPhone before I went on a 40 mile bike ride. The Fitbit app said the Charge was at 80% battery. My charge 5 died on the bike ride and was not recoverable. My new Charge 5 should arrive this week. After what I experienced with the Charge 5 I paid more attention to my Charge 4. I synced my Charge 4 with the app on my iPhone 11 and it said the Charge 4 was at 92% battery and my Charge 4 said it is 53% battery. There seems to be a glitch in the program that is not syncing the battery charge correctly between the Charge 4 & 5 and the Fitbit app on the iPhone 11.
