Intially started with fit bit in 2015. Can't remember when I bought my charge 4, but around Dec last year (2021) it failed and I sent it back. It took a long time before my replacement arrived. I think it was around March 2022. Well it's failed again. The battery won't charge properly, it runs out within 12 hrs of charging, not to mention it can't keep time and doesn't sync. Not happy.
