The battery of my Fitbit 5 doesn’t charge properly !

the battery dies fast, I use original catheter in a wall charger not via computer 
I see many people have similar issues - what’s the solution ? 
Online support is very bad, they could not help but spent 30min chatting

If this is related to a battery drain difficulty, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
