Charge 4 battery not charging

I have tried many of the solutions to no avail. Not getting any charging sign. It was at 10% when I started but can’t get a charging icon now and still showing 19%. Holding the button for 10-30 secs doesn’t bring the smiley face. I have turned off the Bluetooth and back on.

any suggestions??

Could you please confirm if you already tried the steps and tips here, so that I don't ask you again. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Yes, I have tried all the steps and tips here.  I bought the fitbit 2 years ago and read the lifetime expectancy was only about 18 months!  Shocked that it is so short.  I bought a new Charge 4 today.  Is there somewhere I can take my old fitbit to have it reconditioned?  If you have another answer for it to start working then I would love to hear it and be able to fix this.

The chat option is where it kept asking for my cc info!  I am in Austin. No error message. Just the link w the number that I should have been able to click on but nothing happened. Thanks

Yes I've called the team and they are useless
