Charge 4 battery not lasting

My watch is consistently getting 3 hours of battery life. I’m not running GPS and I adjusted sync settings, which made absolutely zero difference. I’ve tried rebooting and I’m beyond frustrated. This is my first Fitbit product and I’m very disappointed so far!

Thanks @LizzyFitbit, unfortunately that was to no avail. Something's definitely wrong with the battery, and it happened all of a sudden. I'm going to open a ticket, thanks for your assistance.

I bought a Fitbit Flex in March 2019 but it stopped working in September 2020. After troubleshooting, Fitbit customer service gave  me a 35% off coupon so I bought a Charge 4. It’s February 2022 and now my Charge 4 has stopped working. I have a screen protector on my Charge 4 and I carry it in my pocket when I run so it doesn’t get sweaty, yet it failed for no reason after less than 1-1/2 years. I have a $30 Timex Ironman watch that’s still working after 10 years. Fitbit customer service is giving me another 35% off coupon but the Charge 4 is probably my last Fitbit.

Ive had 3 fitbits myself and had the same issue with all of them. Seems like they last just outside of the warranty period every time. My most recent charge 4 suddenly only lasts 8 hours after lasting me a week between charges. I really like the Fitbit but it’s getting ridiculous.

I don’t have Spotify running and GPS is only on when I am doing an actual walk or hike. I thought the battery was supposed to last up to 7 days. Mine only lasts 3-4 days. I bought it for the supposed longer battery life. If I had known this, I just would have stayed with my Charge 2.
