Charge 4 battery not working

My charge 4 dies in 2-3 days. After a day, it goes to 50%. It's been working fine for 10 months until now. I bought it on Amazon. 

 

Any help is welcome. Thank you!

Fitbit support recommended to clean its contacts and test if for 3 days. It died again within 2 days.

getting back to them 3 days later, they now ask me to uninstalled the SpO2.
