My Charge 4 is 8 months old and I use it to manage my chronic health condition so I don't over exert myself and cause detrimental effects that can last months. However a few days ago horizontal black lines appeared on my screen, and have since gotten worse, to the point where I can barely see the clock face.
I have tried rebooting and changing the clock face several times but that has not cleared the issue up, can someone please help my health kind of depends on this gadget and I cannot afford a new one.
