Hi over the last couple of weeks I have been using the run exercise function on my charge 4 . Somewhere around my route the watch seems to freeze the screen blacks out & it stops recording steps etc. To get it to work again - once I get home I have to put it on charge ( there is plenty of battery left) and after a couple of attempts it unfreezes & I have to log the rest of my run manually.
Same thing happened to me, although after my yesterday's run I cant unfreeze it! It's clearly on because I can see the light on the bottom of the watch and it sincs with the app but I cant see anything - it looks dead 😕
