Charge 4 - screen went blank after a swim. Was still syncing to app. Battery died - recharged but now no display and no sync. Vibrate on! Reset does not fix

Thanks - I got in touch and the unit is being replaced.  I don’t think I’ll swim with it in the future.

This has happened to me twice since I've had my Charge 4! Both times it happened during a swim and was unfixable so I got a replacement Charge (which was under a year old).  Makes me think it's not completely safe to use the watch when swimming?

I’ve never used it near water even the shower since Fitbit replaced it.

It might be a lot more useful if you actually gave an answer instead of "contact us" response.  Unless of course you don't want to give away any fixes we probably could do ourselves.  I have some time and skills - please enlighten me on what / how to fix this.  You can reply here in the community, thank you!
