I got a charge 4 for my birthday back in 2021 and both the clippers bits to attach the band have snapped off how do I fix this?

@e.barradell unfortunately there isn't a way to repair that. Amazon sells bands like this that work in situations where you can't reattach the original band to your Fitbit. Amazon has some other options as well, if you don't care for that particular style.

This happened to me yesterday and I am so upset. I was changing my band and one side snapped. Customer service wasn't helpful. This is the second FITBIT device I have purchased in a span of 4yrs. Of course my manufacturer warranty and extended warranty are no longer valid. I am going to contact corporate.

hanks for this suggestion. Have a similar issue and this might hold me over until I can replace it.
