The piece on the charge 4 that allows band to attach breaks off very easily. It has happened to multiple family members who own this style within a year of use. Replacements offered didn’t even last a year either. Replacements not given additional warranty time; instead warranty is based on original purchase. Discount given to replace is no better than advertised sale; doesn’t demonstrate service recovery for long time customer. Questioning design flaw, poor quality, or design obsolescence. Have others had similar experiences?

I have had this problem with 2 trackers now. The latest, yesterday, when the band came loose and fell off my wrist. My first tracker had a metal attachment to the face and I had no problem with it. The replacement for it (due to other reasons) came with the plastic connector for the band. I certainly does not last as it should. Less than one year.

Hi @TC084 and @E.S.E. as long as the Fitbit still works, there is a way for you to fix it. Go to Amazon and search for a "protective cover band for Charge 4" and see what's out there. They make bands that fully encompass the pebble portion of the Fitbit so you can still wear it when those little tabs get broken. See if you can find something that will work for you. Most of the bands are under $20

I had the same problem with my Tracker 4 2x in one year.
