Charge 4 broken band connector

The connector pieces between the hardware and the wrist band have broken. Looking at the watch, I'm not sure how you would be able to repair it. How do I go about exercising a warranty claim? This is my fifth fitbit watch, with only one claim for a wrist band. I hope this brand loyalty is acknowledged.

The bands aren’t a solution when the connector is broken!

I posted  a few messages  back  that Amazon sells a few bands that will work with the broken connectors. They are a one piece band that the pebble fits into snuggly that allows you to still wear your device. They aren’t fashionable but they solve the problem.

Don’t count on being happy with the customer service.  I had the same thing happen to me. Time to find a new brand.

Unfortunately I had exactly the same experience and apparently brand loyalty doesn’t help.  I refuse to buy expensive work-around for defective product. I have moved on to another brand.  I’m VERY happy with my new tracker.

They no longer have a help by email it’s a nightmare trying to get through. 
I also think it’s time for a new brand. Very unhappy with the customer service.

Not allowed to—my earlier post was blocked and rejected by moderator.

While alternatives have their own positives and are better designed, they
really don’t have the same overall and consistent activity ‘counter’ that
Fitbit provides. I still miss that. Because I liked the Fitbit statistics
so much I was especially disappointed in the Fitbit design and service.

I am having the same problem with my charge4. It’s out of warranty. So frustrated that the watch is now Useless. What a poor design!

This has happened to me twice. The first time was one month before the warranty expired, and they did send me a replacement. Now after nearly another year, it has happend again. I don't think I want to try another fitbit.
