Charge 4 broken band connector

I love my Charge 4 and use it daily until  the piece connecting the wrist strap to the Fitbit literally just snapped off. It looks like the two screws keeping the clip piece attached shared off. Disappointing considering this product is advertised to be suitable for exercise. Is there any way to purchase a replacement part?

Hi @Sheilacatmom  if you're under warranty, get with customer support https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

There are no parts for these devices. You can purchase a protective cover band, which encompasses the pebble portion of the Fitbit, which will allow you to continue to use it.

I have precisely the same problem -- connector to which the strap attaches simply broke off from the body...screws still embedded in the piece that sheared off. My tracker has become unusable from what appears to be a design problem.  I've not had very good longevity from the Fitbit trackers.  Each one that I've owned seems to stop working for one reason or another in about 14 months -- just long enough to no longer be under warranty.    I filed a complaint with Fitbit and yesterday they offered a "35% discount" on a replacement even though I am slightly out of the 12-month warranty period.  But the conditions for the discount are laughable:  The closest replacement to Charge 4 is a Charge 5.  On the Fitbit site (and everywhere else the discount price for the Charge 5 is $100 (i.e. $50 off of the regular price $150). When one applies the "discount code" for 35% off on the Fitbit site, the system takes the discount off the full $150 price, thereby bringing the price down to $100 -- e.g. no actual discount because my $100 "discounted price" is the same price they are offering Charge 5 to everyone -- even people who don't have a discount code.  And Fitbit excludes use of the "Discount Code" on the Inspire 3.  So this "discount code" seems to be a tricky ploy to try to keep an unwitting customer happy.

Sadly, my experience has been the same.  My Charge 3 dimmed its screen so low it couldn't be seen shortly after warranty expired, now the charge 4 (that I got with the discount code) is shortly out of warranty and now this.
