Sadly it happened to my FitBit too... The connection pieces are just rubbish, the thing is not even a year old!!!

mine is just under a year and my band broke this morning. I was walking in the kitchen and it just fell off. The hinge next to the screen literally just came apart. Will they replace it?

If it's not even a year old, it should be under warranty. Contact support to get help immediately.

My Charge 4 died last summer. They sent me a new one (sans band). Now, 8-9 months later one of the connection pieces on the "new" replacement Charge 4 body just snapped off. Talked to Customer Service and they are going to let me know what my "options" are. I'm guessing that since my original purchase date was January 2021 that the "replacement" is going to be out of warranty (past the original 1 yr. warranty period)...even though that part is only 8-9 months old. 😞
