Yep, another band broken. Seems like there are tiny splits in the connector which makes the band fall apart. Only had it for 7.5 months! Really not acceptable. It is not fit for purpose. What is everyone’s experience with returns in Australia? I’m so frustrated that I now have to find the receipt and go through the arduous process of getting this fixed.

Had same issue with my Charge 3, no replacements to be found, but went to Amazon, immediate success got four bands for 11 dollars and delivered in four days. Suggest you try, good luck
