Last year I bought my first ever Fitbit a charge 4, wore it for months then the strap holder broke and I couldn't fix it. Contacted Fitbit support, sent it back and they were sending me a refurb. In the meantime I bought another brand new charge 4. This was in February. Today the strap holder on this one also broke. Loosing hope
