Charge 4 broken charger

My device can’t connect to the wrestband becuase the connectpoint on the device is broken. I can’t have on my arm so it can’t meassure.

Hi @yblars  if you are under warranty, get with customer support. Many who have had this happen have purchased a "protective cover band for Charge 4" from Amazon. It takes your pebble piece and encompasses it, so you can still wear it on your wrist. Might be worth checking into.
