The brightness settings for the Charge 4 tracker aren't in the app - they're on the tracker itself....

On the tracker, swipe left 4 times. Screen should then show 'weather' on top and 'settings' below. Touch on 'settings'. first setting is 'brightness' touching on that will change the brightness setting. There's 3 to choose from... Auto, Dim and Normal.

I have mine set on Auto, but it's still not necessarily bright enough to be read on a nice and sunny day.....

Mine is too dark to see anything, so I can't tell when I get to the settings to fix it. Any other option?

Thank you!  This finally worked on my Charge 4.  I've gone through *many* proposed solutions, none of which worked.  Thanks again!!

This isn't meant to be a 'clever' or facetious or sarcastic response.. because I fully agree that when the display is dim, it's basically impossible to read in normal light, and is quite difficult in low/ambient light...

You're going to have to find somewhere in your place where it is generally always dark/shaded... or close your blinds/curtains or wait till the sun has gone down and hopefully the display is visible enough for you to see what you're doing...

There's always a chance you could just do it 'blind' simply by the swipes and touches.... the touch display on the charge 4 is impressively responsive, so theoretically, waking the device then doing 4 deliberate left swipes, followed by touching the bottom half of the screen, then the top half of the screen will more than likely switch you off the 'Dim' setting.

I've just tried the 'blind' method 6 times myself, and had 100% success in altering the brightness - so I'm hoping that you go 1 for 1!

Good luck, whichever method you choose!
