Charge 4 - cannot sync with phone , but woks with tablet

Can’t get it to sync either on phone. Why is this?

@Dreamyone , Nice to see you back on the Community! Thank you for your message.

 

Could you please let me know what models are your phone and your Tablet?

 

In the meantime, please make sure that you have installed the latest Fitbit app on both devices. 

Also when trying to sync with your phone, make sure that the tablet is far away or has the bluetooth off.
