This morning, my fitbit suddenly started displaying an hour behind (Example: It's actually 12:15, but fitbit Charge 4 shows 11:15). I have done a reset, but it didn't work. Ideas? Thanks.

Hi @Mustangdad1961 have you tried the normal fix?

  • Set the timezone to a wrong location.
  • Sync
  • Set the timezone to auto or the correct location
  • Do a final sync.

Glad it worked @Mustangdad1961

One morning I woke up and found my watch displaying the time in Hawaii. I was hoping I really had been transported.

Dear Mustang Dad, or others....

My problem is similar, but it's not a time zone issue. My Fitbit right now reads 9:02 pm, Sept 29, when in face it's around 4:09 on Sept 30.

Any advice about that?

Now I've really screwed it. It's telling me how to pay for a new membership. Something about a wallet.

Apple, here I come.  WHY can't Fitbit had some humans on line.  CHAT sends me to JustAnswer, another disaster for me.

Hour's up.  Any advice, 'd be most appreciated.
