Charge 4 connection to my fitness pal

  • Love my charge 4 with my android S 7 but my connection to My Fitness Pal to send them steps lasts about 2 hours and goes disconnected
  • . My new routine is manually connect thru their all about 430.  It them picks up my 20000 plus steps but by 5pm no more steps go in and I'm again not connected. My Fitness pal tells me to go into fitbit and "revoke access" but when I go in access is showing as not connected. My fitness pal says it's not their issue.  Can someone assist ???

@Locksmith , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your report and taking the time to contact MyFitnessPal 

Please make sure that you have the latest app versions for MyFitnessPal and Fitbit. 

As there seems to be no connection between the apps please try to setup the connection again.

Have literally tried 3 times a day for a week and latest versions of all on phone Hartley Lock and Key26 Edrow RoadBristol, Ct 06010Connecticut Locksmith Registration LCK125. Is your Locksmith Registered in accordance with State Consumer protection regulations.  Ask them!!
