I've been having some horrible issues with my Fitbit lately. My Charge 4 is a replacement of a replacement of a replacement (the place where the tracker attaches to the band continue to break for me, so Fitbit keeps sending new ones). I've had this replacement for about a month now, and on three or four separate occasions it will somehow add a HUGE amount of steps in the middle of the night when it says I'm asleep. Last night takes the cake. It says that I accumulated 80,000 steps between 4 and 5 am! 😯
I've been wearing Fitbits for five years, and I've never worn them too loose or too tight, yet this past month it's been giving these sporadic, bizarre readings for me when I sleep. I've about had it with this model of Fitbit. 😠 Is there anything that can be done?
