Charge 4 cracked screen

My screen cracked after the strapped broke and the fitbit fell to the floor. 

I have managed to change the strap but how can I replace the screen?

Hi @Floro05  there is no repair for these devices. If you paid by credit card, see if they have you covered for accidental damage.
