i had unbroken sleep for the first time since getting a Charge4 in December but I did not get a sleep score. The app shows a pattern 6hrs 15min sleep, 8mins restless and 10 mins awake for a sleep period of 6hrs 33mins. I was interested to see if I got a higher score, above my average this week of 83, but didn’t expect a blank score!
What could be the reason for this?

Hi there, @NoDigFit. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that said, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Hope this helps.

Hi Maria, Thanks for the reply, which is the same response as I have seen for other queries about sleep score. I have tried all of the suggestions, and read about sleep score, before posting. The Charge4 was in the same position as the previous night, and had a well charged battery, and even now it is at 71%. I reinstalled the app as well as restarting the Charge4 this morning, but still no sleep details, apart from a sleep pattern graph that has almost no detail. I can post a screenshot if that helps and it is possible to do so?

I was back to normal for last night’s sleep. I had conscious awake periods and the Charge4 registered the pattern. I am none the wiser about the previous night no score!
