Charge 4 difficulties with GPS and heart rate

Having an issue with my fitbit GPS. It has always worked perfectly but since yesterday when I click exercise and then run, instead of saying connecting or connected it simply gives me the play symbol and let's go. There's no other option. When I use this option GPS tracking is wrong and it does not record on strava therefore. Anyone know what is wrong, I've not changed any of the settings.

 

Also having an issue with heart rate. It's always been fine but again since yesterday it's not picking it up - on my 5k run it said I only had 2 zone minutes and the rest were below zones which definitely wasn't the case as it was a hard run.

Would love any guidance.

In this case, case I would recommend restart your Tracker by following these steps.

 

In addition, to resolve issues with GPS you can follow the troubleshooting steps in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?". In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1643938545711.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. Please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
