Charge 4 display goes black, button numb and battery not drained

My Fitbit Charge 4 is from August 2020.
Last couple of month the tracker's screen goes black (happened 10x to 20x times) and the button stops give feedback when pressed - it feels numb. Sync also stops working. It's like battery drained completely.
Usually (maybe always?) happening outdoors when I'm walking with tracker on.
Coming indoors nothing changes, but putting tracker in charger and immediately pressing button for a longer time it starts up with a smiling face. Battery has never been drained. It can be anything like 25%, 50%, 64%. Then tracker is working again.
What can be the problem?
Tracker has latest firmware.
