I’m finding hard to read the display panel especially outdoors as it’s quite faint.
is it the same for everyone? Is it a product fault or the device is of poor quality?
looking forward to get responses.

Thanks for your response. When I get to settings by swiping to left the screen is black can’t see the display to get rid off sleep mode.
Any ideas?

I googled the issue and this is what I found….and it worked!
open the Settings app on your Charge 4, tap Brightness and try adjusting the brightness level. Additionally, press and hold the button, swipe left to access the quick settings screen and make sure the Sleep Mode is turned off.

Thank you for the info. I had the same problem within the past few days of the display very faint on my charge 4. It used to be easy to read but then became faint. I didn't have a brightness setting but there is a sleep mode that you access by holding the button down a few seconds. If the partial moon is seen with no line thru it that is evidently night mode so it's dimmer. If there is a line through it that is evidently day time mode and much brighter. I've had this almost a year and did not know that!

Mine is the same. Mine is a replacement for my last one that went dark, no display, it was replaced under warranty, but now the replacent display is also so dark I cannot see my screen, they are defective. Check if it is still under warranty if so go to support in the app and they will replace, they did for me. They were extremely helpful and efficient.

Thanks for the hint. I managed to get to the half moon and off it. Hope this will fix it.

Thank you that seems to have done it but quite difficult when it is so faint to sort it
