I've frustrated. My Charge 4 display won't display. I've used several YouTube videos, did a hard reset with the power cord, attempted to change the display time etc and nothing seems to work. When I go to the app on my phone, the Charge appears to be working.

When restarting the Charge 4, did you see the Smiley come up?
Does the Display activate when tapping on it?
Do the green LEDs blink?

Hey,
I got the same problem. There's just a blackscreen on my Fitbit Charge 4, the LEDs are blinking green, if I tap the sidebutton or du something with my app it vibrates but the display is still black. There is no smiley when I restart but it vibrates.

Hi,
I have the same issue. Lights are green, button vibrates, but screen is black. I've tried restarting and changing the clock face, but no joy.

No smiley face came up.
No activation of the display when tapping it
The green LEDs on the inside of the FitBit 4 are on and appear to be blinking very rapidly, almost pulsating.

Yes sir, they did. My Fitbit 4 was out of warranty and they gave me a discount to buy another Fitbit product so I bought the Fitbit 5.
