I received a SOLE recumbent bicycle for Christmas this year. My Charge 4 only randomly tracks heart rate. The other day it showed pretty much the same as my display on my bicycle. Today even though I spent 30 minutes at a heart rate of anywhere to 134 to 140+ and did more than 5.5 miles burned more than 200+ calories Charge 4 says I was below all zones 100% of the time and used 82 calories. No fat burn..no cardio… nothing. The pace isn’t even right. And my steps total look off also.
Sunday it showed my heartbeat as avg 104 per minute while on my bike and now that I look at it it didn’t do the whole half hour that day either…only shows 15 minutes.
Both days this week that it really didn’t track anything both of those days showed my heart rate as 78bpm.
I did try to edit the entry but that does nothing for the heart rate etc.
I did reboot the device. I did check to see if there was an update I may have been missing.
I don’t believe/remember having had any problems with this device to date but I am seeing issues now.
I purchased this device in May of 2021.
