I have spoken to customer services sooo many times about this! They keep sending me replacement fitbits!
my charge 4 used to recognise swimming. I didn’t have to do anything. And it would tell me how many lengths I’d done. I never even told it the length of the pool. It just did it automatically. Then it suddenly stopped. I’ve done resets and had two replacement fitbits and swimming is no longer auto recognised.
I am beyond frustrated.
please don’t advise resets or setting the recognise time etc. I’ve done all this many many times.
Why did it suddenly stop working? It must be a software problem at Fitbit’s end And is NOT a fault with the device.
please can someone help? 😩
