Charge 4 doesn't register my workouts

My charge 4 is connected to the phone. The app regularly registers both the steps and the heartbeats every day. But it doesn't recognize my daily session on the treadmill (90 minutes per day). This is happening since the last 5 days. I due not change the phone, nor I have tampered with the settings.

Hi, @Fole , it can sometimes be difficult for Fitbits (and other pedometers) to recognize workouts on the treadmill because on the treadmill there is no forward motion (that is one of the factors the Fitbit is designed to recognize).  When you are on the treadmill, in order to make sure your workout is recognised it is important to make sure that your arms hang freely as you walk - this will help offset the lack of forward motion and help to make your steps more closely resemble natural walking.

If you hold on to the sides of the treadmill as you walk you will probably find that the Fitbit only records some - or none at all - of your workout.
