Charge 4 -download or update the Fitbit app to set up

my Fitbit four didn’t charge like it usually does and so I decided to reboot it, I did thst and now it won’t work at all it just says download or update the Fitbit app to set up, I have tried it won’t pair and says not pairing with Bluetooth help?

When the message on the tracker says that you need to download the app, it shows that it needs to be paired to your account again

Make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed.
