My charge 4 drops off Bluetooth connection at least twice a day. I have to forget device then log it on again. What’s the best solution please.

Did you try restarting your Phone and your Fitbit?

 

Works for me every time.

iPad yes and phone but not Fitbit- how do I go about restarting that? By the way thanks for your speedy reply

Scroll to the right to settings, than to the bottom -> General and then to the bottom again -> restart.

I already restarted my Fitbit multiple times and also rebooted my iPhone and iPad. My charge 4 has never automatically synced on a consistent basis. Now I am finding additional features not syncing and tracking. Exercise is the latest feature not automatically syncing since Feb 1 that I reported under iOS forum. Ideas welcome.

Oh dear. -not sounding good. Had a reply saying reboot everything iPad iPhone and Fitbit. If that’s any help. Haven’t tried it yet.
