The screen on my Charge 4 has suddenly become barely visible, readable, just, only when viewed in near total darkness. Reset hasn’t helped. It seems to be functioning well otherwise. Via Chat I was advised to update the clock face, but none would install (and then my Chat timed out!).

I am happy that you were still under warranty. The warranty on your replacement is not for a year but continues under the warranty of your first Charge 4 so only 2 months. I hope that your replacement lasts for a long time after. Good luck!

Thanks - I am luckier than you insofar as my tracker is less than 10 months old. The support was very good yesterday evening and a replacement is already in the post. I would urge anyone who notices screen fade to contact them immediately!
