My charge 4 seems to be constantly disconnecting during runs the pass week or two. It stuffs my whole run mojo because it stops working or just freezes up. I run with my phone strapped to my arm and the app open like suggested but seems to be terrible. It is a fairly new device. Anyone else having this problem and know where I can review the product I can’t find it

Please do as follows
4 . Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

This hasn't worked, have tried multiple times to do what youve said and not once has it hit me with a smile icon+vibrate

I think I have the same problem. Since a few weeks GPS has many difficulties with connecting. Moreover, during recent activities GPS switches off, so these activities are not recorded (only heart rate does). What might have happened, and what can I/we do with this?
