I'm beyond livid. No help from Fitbit, and are we expected to just take the loss? There are negative posts everywhere regarding dysfunctional Charge 4 watches. That's not a coincidence. How is it that when I had the trial Premium my watch worked fine, and then as soon as I stopped the trial some of the functions stopped working? I don't think that's a coincidence either. I've been dragged along since, with statements from Fitbit stating; "We're working on it", and several months later not only is my HRV not working, but now some of the Health Metrics are no longer working. I purchased it from a Fitbit Store on Amazon Canada last May 2021, -and I've posted here and on Fitbit Forums and Fitbit on Twitter for help quite regularly, because I'm not a happy customer. I actually bought 2 of these watches for myself and my son. Just recently through a chat on the Fitbit app. a representative just told me; "Sorry, you should have returned it within 45 days"? WHAT?!, exactly is going on? How convenient, -for Fitbit? Peoples watches are dysfunctioning months after purchase, and we're all being dragged along in the same way as; "We're working on it", only to find we've all been taken by Fitbit. Why are you making more newer watches, when the present ones aren't even functioning? Now what do I do? I feel like Fitbit totally misled me all along, and ripped me off by continuously misleading me. You've had me jumping through hoops and steps trying to get my watch to work, and now I'm being told that it's my loss.

Could you please elaborate on what functions did stop working after your Premium Subscription got cancelled?

JuanFitbit; For the price of the Fitbit and then finding out only after a purchase, that we have only a 45 day return window is really a slap in the face. We also have one years Manufacturer Warranty, -while European Countries have 2 years Warranty for the same watch? How fair is that? In any event, I tried the Premium trial up until last August. After many glitches, resets, and jumping through hoops, I finally had my watch in working order. I had the HRV feature right up until a few weeks ago? It slowly stopped giving me the data. Of course, I am now aware that I'd have to pay over $110.00 per year to have that feature back now? The HRV continued to work after the Premium was cancelled and for 5 months afterward, so all it did was cause unnecessary stress while trying to figure out why my watch suddenly wasn't working properly again.

The 45 days satisfaction warranty applies only if you purchase the Charge 4 over our Online Store. If you got it with another authorized retailer, that can change, as every retailer has it's own policies.
Regarding the warranty differences, Fitbit adapts its products and services to the region legislations. That's why the warranty is different depending the region.
Independently if you have a Premium subscription or not, your Charge 4 will still record your basic stats.

I just found out that the HRV should absolutely be included on my Charge 4 without being a Premium user?! I've been trying to get this resolved since November 2021? I've been misinformed by Fitbit representatives, so you can only imagine my frustration.
