My Charge 4 's gps in not accurately picking up the gps since the lastest firmware update. (tracked to an iphone 13).  I first noticed when walking; it does not pick up the start of the route by example.

I’m sorry to hear about the GPS issues you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4.

 

I would recommend following the best practices and troubleshooting steps in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

Hi, i am very disappointed after the last Charge 4 update. My device completely lost accuracy. Just to compare a common run with my wife who was wearing Versa 3. Both of us used built-in GPS. Please see comparison below, and in addition a printscreen from a map. 

How can i calibrate my Charge 4? Please help, otherwise its nonsense for me to wear my Charge 4 😞
