This has happened 4 times now over the last 1.5 weeks. Each time has been when I was interacting with my Fitbit to start or finish a run:
My fitbit “crashes”, which means that the screen goes blank and it stops responding to inputs and can’t be detected by my phone. It remains unresponsive even when I put it on the charger to reset it. It essentially acts like a brick.
However, after some indeterminate amount of time (at least several hours — sometimes more than a day), I can put it back on the charger and have it reboot itself.
Any ideas as to what might be going on — or even how I can reset it sooner when it does this? I’m on version 1.100.43
