My Fitbit developed a line across the bottom

after it charged

I bought a cradle charger when I got it but I need a cord to do a hard reset
I just ordered a new one and I will try that
If that doesn’t work then I Don know what to do
When you pay $200+ for a smart watch and it only lasts 2 years I am Leary about buying another one
