My device has stopped showing steps and sleep hours?

@fishaj , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

Could you please elaborate where  are not the steps and sleep hours shown, on the tracker, on the app after syncing?

Have you already tried to restart the tracker and to check if there is an App update needed?

Charge 4— have pressed and held the button on my tracker for 8 seconds. Released the button - smile icon and the tracker vibrates and the tracker restarted.

Still have no steps or hours showing on either of APP on laptop or on my phone APP.

I now have an alert that “you are not currently paired to this device(Laptop).

Last steps recorded on my laptop APP was for the 28 August 2022.
