Hi,
My mum hasn’t synched or updated her charge 4 device for 230 days. I tried to get the device to sync on her new phone but no luck. It says that it needs an update as well but won’t let me do that for her either. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks 🙂

How about updating it first using her old phone - the one that did its set-up? 🙂

Please check the old phone and confirm that it is no longer paired with the device.
