I recently bought an Echelon. I was so glad that it can connect to the Fitbit. However, I notice the when the exercise shows up in my Fitbit app, it does not accurately reflect my heart rate from the workout. I can see my heart rate on my Fitbit as I am working out but it shows "below zones" for almost the whole workout each time even when I know my heart rate has been quite high throughout. Help!

Welcome to the Community, @Jessfobro9985.
If you are having problems with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and follow the tips provided there. After following the steps, test the unit.
Let me know the outcome.

I am having the same issue! I have determined that fitbit is using the incorrect time, or that Echelon is sending it the wrong time. I tested this theory today and put my fitbit (versa 3) in exercise (spinning) mode while taking an echelon class. My workout was 12:30-1:15pm, and you can see the fitbit-originated "Spinning" activity tracked heartrate fine, but the Echelon synced activity "started" when my workout ended at 1:15! So the heartrate that the Echelon activity is using is my cool down time and beyond (measuring 1:15-2pm). This is really starting to drive me nuts and it would be really nice if it could be fixed!

@AlejandraFitbit I'd love to hear what you think about this! I'm dying to get this fixed and get my correct heart rate linked to my Echelon workouts! 😫 If @Jessfobro9985 and I both have the same issue, I'm betting many others do as well.

I have some additional info and screenshots.
I unlinked Fitbit from Echelon, relinked, and completed a ride today. Here is the screenshot from the Echelon Fit app, denoting the timeframe being 1:15-1:45pm.
Here is what it looks like in the Fitbit app:
The Fitbit app shows a heartrate consistent with my intense activity 1:15-1:45pm. However, the actual ride is tracked incorrectly at 1:45-2:15pm! Additionally, notice that this screenshot is taken at 1:48pm, so presumably the workout was ended in the future, which doesn't make any sense.

I thing Jessfobro is onto something. I hope you aren't waiting for her to try your recommendations before investigating the actual issues as they don't seem related.

Did this ride go toward your step count as well?

Almost two years later and this is still an issue.
My session on my Echelon Row-S took place an hour before I actually did it according to FitBit, and my heart rate averaged 51. Wow! I must be a super athlete!
Any chance this will ever get fixed?
Edit:
I figured out the problem is that the FitBit app has no setting for Daylight Savings Time and apparently doesn't take it into consideration. My Windows computer shows I am in UTC-5:00 Eastern Time, which is correct for the current DST. The FitBit app shows GMT-4:00 Detroit. That's why my workout happened an hour before I actually did it. So, is there a fix for this, other than writing my congressman to have them vote away DST?
