Hi there, @Suneel_S. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4.

As @Julia_G and @willjoe have recommended, please try the following steps:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from On to Off and manually sync your Charge 4. To switch the heart rate settings on your watch, from the main screen of your Charge 4, swipe left until you see "Settings", next swipe up until you see "Heart Rate" and switch it to Off.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Charge 4. To do so, open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon, tap on your Charge 4's image and tap on "Sync Now"
  • Next, switch it from Off to On and manually sync your watch once again.
  • Once it's done, restart your Charge 4 once again.
  • Next, confirm that your Charge 4 is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible) We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the tracker just above the wrist bone.

Hi, @Suneel_S , if I understand correctly, you are saying that the green lights on the back of your Charge 4 are not flashing?  Have you checked to make sure that the Heart rate has not accidentally been turned off?  To check this swipe left on your Charge4 until you come to the settings menu.  Tap to open and scroll down to find heart rate.  Make sure it is set to ON.  If it is set to ON but the greeen lights still aren’t working, try setting it to OFF, waiting a moment and then turning it back on again.

You could also try giving your Charge 4 a restart.  Instructions are here

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

If the Heartrate is set to On but the green lights are not flashing, tap to turn OFF, wait a moment and then tap again to turn to ON. Hopefully this will reset it. It is also worth giving your Fitbit a restart as this can fix many issues.

Will
