Charge 4 heart rate registering wrong heart beat

I am having problems with the heartbeat !!!! It’s erratic and registering high 110-115 sometimes when two of the doctors pulse machines are showing 59-61 

I have tried turning off the heart rate and rebooting the Fitbit but it’s still the same !!! I now wonder how long have I been trusting it but really with wrong information!!!!! 
your advice please

Have you tried wearing the Charge 4 a bit higher or lower on the wrist and/or a bit tighter or looser?

You can also try wearing it on the back side of your wrist, as here is easier to get a heart rate reading.

This is not the case
I have tried wearing it slightly tighter but still the same
Two doctors machines are showing constant results , and the Fitbit is going up high which is not right
