Why is the heart rate so inaccurate on a charge 4. I am sitting down and it reads 128. I put on my oximetry machine and my heart rate is 62 Today alone it says I’ve done 60 minutes in zone time.and I know that is wrong Considering I have a heart condition I am beginning to think it’s not worth having a Fitbit Maybe another brand would be more accurate. Anyone else having the same problem

Hi there @jtjp12. It's good to see you back in the Community.
I understand how you feel with this situation. I'd recommend you restart your Fitbit device by following these instructions.
You can also check these articles, How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?, What factors can affect my heart rate reading on my Fitbit device? and What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
