As per the title my Charge 4 isnt counting any steps at all on both my app and the device itself. Im getting text message notifications through on the Fitbit however.
Ive tried multiple times rebooting the device and have even gone as far as clearing the data on it and setting it up as if it were new again.
Anyone have this problem before or have any solutions?
I think this post maybe against the rules of the Sub but as it says tech support questions should be asked in the weekly thread however I cant see this thread pinned to the top

Thanks for sharing the details regarding the inconvenience with your Charge 4.
Please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If this doesn't give a solution, please change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
